Paramount Private Property Management is headed by Paula Fysh. Paula is a property investor herself as well as the hands on Principal and Senior Property Manager with a deeply ingrained passion for all things related to Property Management.  Paula is also the author of  “52 Ways to Build Your Rent Roll”. An industry specific book, written especially for Property Managers, it is currently in its sixth print run.

Our company is kept purposely small to allow us the flexibility to accommodate the individual needs and requirements of each Landlord. Our size also allows us to adapt quickly to changes in legislation and to adopt new technology which means we are  running efficiently, using modern systems.

Over the years we have been trained by and have worked with some of the best in the industry, we have also seen the operations of some of the worst. Firm believers in regular education we keep abreast of changes in legislation and trends both within the industry as a whole and the rental property market in and around Brisbane.

We believe in building strong relationships with our clients. In reality all Property Managers are bound by the same legislation, the same rules and regulations, we all go to the same conferences, have access to the same types of training and all have access to basically the same types of technology. The real difference in service delivery lies in what we choose to do with all of those things in the day to day business of managing investment properties on behalf of our Landlords.
