To date our business has been built purely on word of mouth and referrals from existing clients....
It is so easy to do... Simply refer someone you know who owns an investment property in Brisbane, if they become our client we will pay you a referral fee.
If you are a Landlord with a rental property in Brisbane that is not currently managed by us, unfortunately you cannot take advantage of this offer for your own property but you will receive $300 worth of free professional photography and a six month subscription to Australian Property Investor Magazine if you choose to become a client of Paramount Private Property Management.
If you know a fellow property investor who is not entirely happy with the service they are receiving from their current Property Manager, refer them to us.
When they become a client we would like to thank you for your referral by paying you an amount equal to one weeks’ rent of the referred property. There is no limit to the number of investors or rental properties you can refer to us, although they must be in Brisbane.
